Floras Lake has all the activities of a freshwater lake and the pacific ocean are available in one location. Kiting, paddle surfing, fishing, golfing, hiking, biking, etc. This area has just about everything. We are 1.5 acres on the lake with our own shoreline.

The space

This newly remodeled home sits atop a little hill on an acre and a half of land overlooking Floras Lake. Many amenities have been added with guests in mind. Spacious custom travertine tile showers, one king bed and two queens plus a double sofa, bay windows, lake views, and full granite custom kitchen. Electric romantic fireplace heater with several custom light scenes to choose from. 70 inch smart tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Wifi and ample parking. We are 15 miles south of Bandon with Bandon Dunes Golf a short drive away. Port Orford is 12 miles to the south. Both towns have a wider selection of eateries, and evening entertainment. We prefer however, to stay local and go to the entertainment/dinner nights at The Spoon. The property has lake access where dozens of fish have been wrangled. With a sure footed vehicle you can drive next to lake and launch a small boat from the property. Free EV charging available, J1772 and Tesla. If you desire more space search "Hilltop Lake View..." You also have option to add a studio to this same listing that is attached, yet separated by a garage from the home you viewing. It is not occupied if you only need the main home, as its nice for privacy, we only allow one guest booking at a time.

Guest access

It is an acre and a half property with lakefront. Feel free to walk to and enjoy the lake. We do not have a dock. Please remember the property narrows at the lake shore and our property ends at the tree lines. There is a dock near our property but it is the neighbors, as tempting as it is please do not walk past the tree lines and cause the neighbors to worry. We do not have fences as we, and our neighbors, prefer the natural landscape. The property has lake access where dozens of fish have been wrangled. With a sure footed vehicle you can drive next to lake and launch a small boat from the property as we have done. Free EV Charging station with 32 amps at 240 volts J1772 plug, as well as Tesla wall charger 240v at 40amps. We have a narrow steep gravel driveway. No RV's, Campers, Trailers or Motorcycles. Exceptions can be made, but must be done prior to arrival with clear approval being given through the message center on this website.
