The space

This is a 3 bedroom home with an attached studio and 3rd bathroom. this listing is if you want to rent both simultaneously. Be one of the first to discover this Gem that is perched over looking the lake. This newly remodeled home sits atop a little hill on an acre and a half of land. Many amenities have been added with guests in mind. Spacious custom travertine tile showers, one king bed and two queens plus a double sofa, bay windows, lake views, and full granite custom kitchen. Electric romantic fireplace heater with several custom light scenes to choose from. 70 inch smart tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Wifi and ample parking. We are 15 miles south of Bandon with Bandon Dunes Golf a short drive away. Port Orford is 12 miles to the south. Both towns have a wider selection of eateries, and evening entertainment. We prefer however, to stay local and go to the entertainment/dinner nights at The Spoon. The property has lake access where dozens of fish have been wrangled. With a sure footed vehicle you can drive next to lake and launch a small boat from the property as we have done. EV Charging station with 32 amps at 240 volts J1772 plug, as well as aTesla wall charger.

Guest access

It is an acre and a half property with lakefront. Feel free to walk to and enjoy the lake. We do not have a dock. Please remember the property narrows at the lake shore and our property ends at the tree lines. There is a dock near our property but it is the neighbors, as tempting as it is please do not walk past the tree lines and cause the neighbors to worry. We have a narrow steep gravel driveway. No RV's, Campers, Trailers or Motorcycles. Exceptions can be made, but must be done prior to arrival with clear approval being given from the host through the message center on this website.

Other things to note

Please remember we do not have a dock, and to stay inside the tree lines as the property lines narrow to less than half the its width, as it pie wedges around the inside corner of the lake. We want your stay to be as pleasant as possible and avoid a trespassing interaction with the neighbor who understandably doesn't want the liability for person's unknown to them.
